Bye Bye Flip Camera's

I've just read over at the BBC news website that Cisco System's are shutting down their Flip video camera business

This sadden's me a little, I was planning on buying a Flip HD camera for recording little bits I had planned for here, I've tried using my normal digital camera, and my iPhone a couple of times, but the results just didn't come out as well as I had hoped

I still plan to get some form of HD camera though, any recommendations?
